All City Ordinance violations are handled through Sparta Municipal Court. Municipal Court is held in the City Council Chambers located in Sparta City Hall, 201 W. Oak St., Sparta WI 54656 

·  Adult Court-convenes every Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m.  

· Juvenile Court- Convenes on scheduled Wednesdays of the month at 3:30 p.m.  In the case of juveniles, court appearance by both the juvenile and parent/guardian is MANDATORY.  

· Adult/Juvenile Trials - Scheduled on Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise notified.  

The Court Clerk is available for questions on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and Thursday mornings in City Hall; 608-269-4340 Ext. 1.
